Hydraulic radial jig, also known as a circular jig, is a type of large-scale jigging machine. It mainly consists of two parts: the drive system and the tank. The drive system adopts a mechanical hydraulic mechanism, with power provided by an electric motor. Through a transmission mechanism, the speed is reduced to drive a cam, which pushes the plunger of each main hydraulic cylinder to perform periodic reciprocating motion. Via hydraulic pipelines and various valves, the motion is transmitted to the slave hydraulic cylinders, thereby driving the pulsating up-and-down movement of each jig compartment.
The hydraulic radial jig features a large surface area and high processing capacity. Due to its fan-shaped jigging chamber, it has a compact structure, centralized feed, and occupies minimal space. It is suitable for use on mining vessels. The adoption of hydraulic transmission simplifies the drive mechanism and saves power.
